White with Pink Dog Hair is a Tom Anderson original — a white base finish with pink fibers embedded in the wood grain that create a texture and visual character unlike anything a standard solid color can produce — and this is the first guitar ever built in this combination. Full stop. But the finish has one more dimension that the photographs don't fully prepare you for: it is UV reactive. Under blacklight, this guitar glows. The pink elements of the Dog Hair finish absorb ultraviolet light and re-emit it as vivid visible color, transforming the instrument into something that belongs in a different universe entirely. The matching headstock carries a pink logo to tie the visual story together, off-white pickup cover and switch tip keep the aesthetic cohesive against the white body, and the Blackheart fingerboard on the Caramel Maple neck adds a dramatically dark-figured wood element that grounds the whole composition.
