Purchasing a quality instrument can be a big decision. We are here to help you through the process for complete satisfaction. Please note the following policies and reach out to us with any questions. 

48-Hour Approval Period
To insure your satisfaction and the integrity of our product offerings. Interstellar Guitars offers a 48-Hour approval period upon delivery of your new instrument.
Upon delivery, please inspect your instrument thoroughly.

If you discover any defects or damage not mentioned in the description of the product or prior communications with our team members, contact us immediately. 
We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Time is of the essence, especially if it entails damage due to transit.

Exchanges
We understand, sometimes your purchase is just not the right fit. We offer a one-time exchange of an online purchase for an item of equal or greater value. Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee.

Items purchased using Affirm are subject to minimum of 10% restocking fee. More info Here

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

**Please note: Some purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. See below for more details. 

If you would like to initiate a return, please email, call or text us within 48 hours of order delivery.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the request. 

Once approved, we will issue you a RMA number. You must have a RMA number to be eligible for a return. We will issue you a UPS return label which will allow you to drop your instrument off at any UPS Store or Customer Center.

Returned or Exchanged instruments must be in original condition. Must include all accompanying items, COS’s, paperwork, and any accessories Please reuse the original packing materials you received from us, packed exactly the way it was received. (Very important to wrap and protect headstocks exactly the way we ship them.)

Please leave instruments at full string tension.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
