Mesa Boogie Limited Edition 90's Triple Rectifier - Black Bronco / Black Grille

If the standard 90s Triple Rectifier reissue looks menacing, the Limited Edition removes every last piece of visual relief and replaces it with intent. Black chassis, black Diamond Plate, black Speed knobs — the all-black presentation that was once available only as a custom order, now a standard finish, and it is the most visually arresting version of an already iconic amp. Where the chrome knobs and aluminum-look Diamond Plate of the standard reissue read as classic and aggressive, the Blackout reads as something altogether more severe: a wall of black hardware and glowing glass that communicates nothing except capability. There is no contrast to soften it, no flash to distract from it. The tubes at the rear — two 5U4 rectifiers and six 6L6 power tubes — are the only light source on the whole chassis, burning like the core of something that shouldn't exist. Scientists have measured the density of neutron stars, the gravitational pull of black holes, the crushing weight of collapsed matter at the edge of spacetime. None of it compares to what happens when the Standby switch on a Triple Rectifier flips to On.

Everything under that exterior is identical to the standard reissue — and everything is the point.
