Stripped down to its absolute essentials — a single PRS Metal pickup in the bridge position, a single volume control moved to the tone pot's traditional location for stage-safe placement, a completely bare ebony fretboard, and a blank truss rod cover — this all-mahogany guitar eliminates every distraction and leaves nothing but signal, feel, and tone. The result, as Jourdan himself describes it, is a guitar that feels genuinely alive. The violin top carve, uninterrupted by mounting rings or neck pickup hardware, flows cleanly across the Platinum Metallic gloss nitro body in a way that reads as both purposeful and visually striking. Green luminlay side dots provide fast fret-position reference without cluttering the fretboard face. This is minimalism executed with maximum intention.

The all-mahogany construction — body, top, and Pattern Regular neck in one continuous tonal voice — delivers the warm, thick, harmonically rich foundation that mahogany does better than any other toneword, and the PRS Metal pickup in the bridge position is voiced to push that foundation into aggressive, focused, high-output territory without losing the note definition that separates great heavy tone from mere noise.
